Spiral
crimped fin tubes manufactured at B N Equipments are produced using a
specially developed finning machine designed for high precision and
consistent quality. Our advanced equipment is capable of finning tubes
in lengths of up to 6 meters (20 feet), ensuring suitability for a wide
range of industrial heat transfer applications.
We manufacture
finned tubes using various base materials, including carbon steel,
stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and copper alloys such as
cupro-nickel and admiralty brass. Fin options include copper fins,
aluminum fins, stainless steel fins, and galvanized iron (GI) fins,
allowing us to meet diverse operational and environmental requirements.
The base tube dimensions for our spiral wound crimped fin tubes range
from 9.5 mm to 90 mm outer diameter, with fin heights reaching up to 115
mm. We currently produce crimped fin tubes in the range of 5 FPI to 10
FPI. Additionally, integral fin tubes are manufactured in 15.875 mm and
19.05 mm OD sizes with 17 FPI to 23 FPI and fin heights ranging from 1
mm to 2.2 mm.
Our spiral crimped fin tubes are widely used in
heat exchangers across various drying applications such as tea dryers,
coffee dryers, cashew dryers, paddy dryers, prawns dryers, plywood
dryers, textiles dryers, and sago dryers. These products play a crucial
role in efficient thermal processing systems across industries.
